  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chopped or chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional for a smoother finish
  • Toppings optional: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, sea salt, dried fruit

Instructions
 

  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Dip the Rice Cakes: Dip each rice cake into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly coated. You can also drizzle the chocolate over the rice cakes if you prefer.
  • Add Toppings: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with your desired toppings (crushed nuts, dried fruit, or a pinch of sea salt).
  • Chill: Place the rice cakes on a lined tray or plate and refrigerate for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
