- 1 cup einkorn flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar-butter mixture, and mix until fully combined.
