- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, combine the gluten-free oats and dairy-free milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
