- 1 cup Jif Peanut Butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine Jif Peanut Butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
